Really interesting Electronic Shelf Edge labels and use of ESLs at Cotswold Outdoor. Outdoor and Cycle Concepts (O&CC), the largest outdoor, running and snowsports retailer in the UK, with high street brands Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need and Snow+Rock, has implemented a £1.5 million roll-out of electronic shelf labels from Sweden’s Pricer to all its 78 stores. The aim of the project is to allow O&CC employees to focus on improving the customer experience (CX) and to enhance internal efficiency by implementing the digital solution for in-store automation and communication. From a shopper perspective, it makes the price and brand very clear. As long as the labels are working.
