The onset of psoriatic disease is multifactorial, with genetic and environmental factors necessary for the disease. Therefore, it is not surprising that one factor that is often considered by people with the disease is the genetic contribution to the development of psoriatic disease in their future children. There is an increased risk for people with psoriatic disease to have children that develop psoriasis, 50% or 16% if both or one parent has psoriasis, respectively. Those with genital lesions often report fear of sexual relations, leading to reduced frequency and increased sexual dysfunction (Ryan et al., 2015), potentially straining couples' relationships. The World Psoriasis Day event, Day2 Talk live on psoriasis and family with a patient who has been suffered from psoriasis since the age of ten and a mother who has a kid with psoriasis. More than hundred people attended this program on site or on line👍
