Welcome to the home of Dry Molded Fiber!

Om oss

PulPac is a on a mission to replace single-use plastics globally. We are an R&D and IP-company and the inventor of Dry Molded Fiber – a groundbreaking manufacturing technology for low cost, high performance fiber-based packaging and single-use products. By pioneering the technology of cellulose molding we enable our customers to replace single-use plastics with a sustainable and cost competitive alternative. Dry Molded Fiber is a sustainable packaging game-changer. It is the first industrial method that can convert cellulose fibers into packaging – price competitive enough to make change happen at scale. The dry method offers unique speed, cost and quality advantages compared to existing cellulose forming solutions. Dry Molded Fiber can replace most packaging and single-use products presently made of plastics. The technology is market ready for many applications and there are few limitations for what it can be used for in the near future. Our technology enables licensees to grow their business. To quickly scale, we offer a commercial licensing model to our extensive IP. The technology is available to anyone that choose to set up their own production. The typical PulPac licensee is a convertor or brand owner, often working in close cooperation. In exchange for royalties on sales, licensees gain a unique opportunity to secure high margins and increase market share as the global demand for sustainable packaging solutions is skyrocketing.

  • #WorldWaterDay highlights how vital water is for sustainable development—powering food, energy, ecosystems, and public health. Yet billions still lack access to clean water and sanitation. 🚰 At PulPac, we’re addressing plastic pollution and water scarcity through Dry Molded Fiber, which uses almost no water—a stark contrast to traditional fiber-forming methods. Industry and energy together account for about 19% of global freshwater withdrawals, up to 57% in Europe. (Source: UN FAO), so reducing water use in production truly matters. By choosing scalable, sustainable packaging solutions like Dry Molded Fiber, we can help preserve water for communities and ecosystems that need it most. Let’s shape a world where we use water responsibly! 🌱 🫧 #SustainablePackaging #Sustainability #DryMoldedFiber #Water #Energy #CarbonFootprint #WorldWaterDay2025

  • We're stepping up to the plate! 🆙 We’ve always believed in pushing boundaries to shape a more sustainable future. As we head into 2025, we’re excited to share that we'll be looking at a new product application; Dry Molded Fiber plates. 🍽️ Why plates? The single-use plate market—worth USD 5.6 billion in 2023—is expected to nearly double by 2033, driven by rising demand for convenience and sustainable alternatives. With North America and Europe leading the way and Asia-Pacific rapidly catching on, there’s a huge opportunity to replace plastics with truly circular solutions. 🚀 A core challenge is developing the right barrier to handle food applications while staying compliant with regulations like the EU SUPD, PPWR, and U.S. initiatives. Building on the successes of our Hot Lid, our in-house Chemistry & Material team is collaborating with industry partners. Together, they’re focusing on oil and grease-resistant (OGR) barriers to ensure recyclability, regulatory compliance, and scalability—all without sacrificing performance. ♻️ Ready to serve up sustainability? 👩🍳 👉 Let's chat; sales@pulpac.com Hungry to learn more about Dry Molded Fiber plates ? • In September 2024 Diageo trialled its first 70cl paper-based bottle with Johnnie Walker at the iconic 1820 Bar at Johnnie Walker Princes Street, Edinburgh. The bottle, made with Dry Molded Fiber, in partnership with us and PA Consulting as part of the Bottle Collective, was 90% paper with a thin plastic liner and the trial tested how the bartenders interacted and poured from the bottle, along with how the bottle fared in a bar environment and consumer perceptions. What did they think? Now we know — Let’s dig in! 👉 https://lnkd.in/eiF24Gnm
