Yesterday, we were privileged to welcome an Indian cement delegation to our test and research center in Hofors, Sweden. Our guests included representatives from leading Indian cement companies, industry associations, and the Indian government. It was a highly rewarding experience! 🙏 The delegation members showed great interest and asked insightful questions about our electrification technology. The visit inspires us to help transform the cement industry into a clean and sustainable sector. Global cement manufacturing produced 1.6 billion metric tonnes of CO2 in 2022, which is about 8% of the world's total CO2 emissions. This will change as new promising technology arises, and electrification and carbon separation are vital parts of a new, clean era of cement manufacturing.
