Obstacles in your way? The choice is clear, negotiate a way around or just stop. I for one, do not just stop and throw my hands up to only turn back around. For months our Terminal would get to selected for purchase, but then the separate airtime contract would either slow down the process or road block it. No one wants to get hardware into their inventory that you can't use right away. Satcube went to our partners and asked simply, what can we do for our customers needing both hardware and airtime? The solution...A SUPER BUNDLE We extended out our standard 1 year warranty to a 3 year warranty. With the extended warranty, we were able to attach an entry level "maintenance" data package of 120 Gigabytes each year for all three years of the warranty, totaling 360GB, at no additional cost to our customer. But wait! There's more. We didn't stop there, we worked out data pooling plan when 5 or more terminals are purchased. Break it down. 360x5=1,800GB over 3 years shared by 5 terminals. From my past experience being a Satcom operator, I would have a mission package with maybe 1-2 terminals we knew were going to be used often. The others might sit on shelf, or go to a team training using far less data. Purpose of this was to be operational from the start. To get testing, training, or a better understanding of what data package is right for the requirement. Now a unit is armed with data to sit down with contracting and draft real requirements. #cjadc2 #satcom #tacticalcomms #secureterminals ADS, Inc. | Intelsat | Satcube

Isn’t it amazing that we can use space to transmit data and communicate with each other down here on earth 🌍, all this thanks to little waves 🌊? The most critical component to make this work is the antenna system and that’s where it can get a bit complicated. Good news is, as a #satcom terminal manufacturer, this is our thing! So, welcome to the antenna jungle, we’ve got all the information you need 🤩. https://lnkd.in/dGK3zqny
