Noen ganger skjer det en revolusjon i marked. Det som Tendfor har utviklet i versjon 3.16 er magisk. De har kommet med en helt ny webklient. Og for en klient!!! Her snakker vi framskritt, og som jeg ser så er det sånn løsninger for de som jobber i webGUI være seg kundesenter eller på Sentralbordet. Tendfor sin løsning kan integreres med følgende telefoni løsninger for Teams. - Operator Connect - Direct Routing - Calling Plans - Teams Phone Mobile Og selvfølgelig operatør uavhengig, noe annet er vel rart. Bytter du telefoni leverandør, så kan du beholde Tendfor løsningen. Selvfølgelig er integrasjoner med: - Microsoft Dynamics - Salesforce standarder som er rett ut av boksen, men det selvfølgelig mulig å sette opp alle "cloud" baserte løsninger så lenge det finnes en URL som kan benyttes. Callback og statistikk via kjente grensesnitt som PowerBI er også standard som du ikke må betale tillegg for. Finally, all of your contact center information and controls will be in the same interface as you see the relevant contact information based on caller ID in systems like Dynamics 365.
