✨ 🚀 ✨ Last week our colleagues at Toyota Financial Services Sverige hosted their annual Diversity Week with their colleagues at TOYOTA Sverige, with the objective of promoting a work environment where differences are seen as drivers of innovation and development. ✨ 🚀 ✨ It gave everyone a deeper insight into what diversity means and also showed how they can all integrate it into their daily work through education, conversations and activities. Highlights of the week included three diversity training sessions, live-streaming of Toyota Motor Europe's Diversity Conference, and a 'diversity fika' to encourage inclusive conversations between colleagues. 💻🚀Empowering the Next Generation with Technology💻🚀 We are very proud to support Digitale Wolven by donating unused screens to help equip children with essential digital skills. Digitale Wolven, founded in 2014, has grown from a small workshop in Antwerp to an organization that reaches over 35,000 children annually. Through projects like Digitoop, they provide vulnerable children with refurbished laptops and a space to learn, ensuring that more students have the tools they need to succeed in today’s digital world. Not only are we reducing electronic waste and supporting the circular economy, but we’re also helping underprivileged students unlock their potential through technology. Let’s take inspiration from this effort—every contribution, no matter how small, can help make a difference in our communities. This time at Toyota Financial Services Czech s.r.o.! 🌟🎉 🚀 ✨ Last week, our colleagues at TFS CZ had the honour of an important visit from our Global President & CEO TFSC, Korosue-san, along with Ivo Ljubica, EAR TFS CEO, Shingo Kato, EAR Deputy TFS CEO and Jacqueline Wurzinger, the Country Manager. They reviewed the history of the company, touched upon the current challenges and presented our new vision for the coming period.   They then met with the Country Manager of the importer of Toyota and Lexus vehicles in the Czech Republic - Martin Peleška, who presented the considerable success of both brands in the Czech market. She also spoke about our journey and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, highlighting our ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive environment, the progress we have made, including increased gender diversity in leadership, while also addressing areas where there is room for growth - such as better representing the 27% of adults in the EU with disabilities.
