A collaboration between the VitraHaus and Soeder. The event took place in the stunning Soeder Flagship store at Zürich's main station, with our Anagram sofa, designed by Panter&Tourron, proudly presented as part of the setting. Experience this unique arrangement until the end of December.

The renowned jewellery brand acquired by the LVMH in 2021 wished to transfer its headquarters from London to Paris. As the office in the French capital was too small for the projected growth, the company was looking to relocate to a classic Haussmann-style building. A visit to the Vitra office in Paris proved very helpful. The design company occupies similar interiors in a historical edifice, making it possible to see how such an office can function and look. Tiffany & Co. subsequently entrusted the planning of the new headquarters to the Vitra Consulting & Planning Studio – with the aim of creating an office that reflects the brand and corporate culture, while retaining employees and inspiring talent. The goal was also to modernise work methods, promote interaction, support project work and learning opportunities and bring teams together. Vitra collaborated closely with the client’s project team to design a layout that communicated these ambitions and conducted an in-depth workshop to raise awareness of topics relating to the future of the office. From the reception zone, work and meeting areas to the cafeteria, training facilities and common rooms, all areas are furnished with furniture from Vitra and Artek. Offering excellent ergonomic comfort and flexible use, their timeless modern aesthetic perfectly matches the values and identity of the legendary Tiffany brand. The tax advisory office offers companies traditional tax advice, as well as a range of modern and digital services, and also supports other tax consultancies with digitalisation and organisational issues. Due to the company's growth, the question arose of whether to extend the existing office building or move into the former 'Penny-Markt' premises. It was with this dilemma that the client approached Vitra's Consulting & Planning Studio (CPS). Not only was this question clarified during joint workshops – an empty supermarket was to become a tax consultancy office – but also the issue of how the interior design could reflect flat hierarchies and the company's open, relaxed working culture while also promoting independent thinking and attracting talent. On the construction side, delivering an acoustic quality suitable for office spaces was an unusual challenge. The interior spaces designed by CPS and furnished with furniture from Vitra and Artek include the reception zone, rooms for seated or standing meetings, open-plan work environments, the management offices, a town hall, the kitchen and lounge areas. #Vitra #OurClients

This winter, we are welcomed into the homes of two Berlin-based artists: Nata Lee Hahn has converted a former car repair shop into a child-friendly loft for her young family, while Kitty Kahane lives in a beautiful old apartment curated with cherished objects as well as her own artwork. Both interiors – and the Vitra products they contain – express the individual personality of their inhabitants. Discover more: https://lnkd.in/eyHV4SdQ #Vitra #HomeStoriesForWinter

An office landscape made of 95% used furniture. START Global is a student organisation for the promotion of entrepreneurial talent. Among other initiatives, the association hosts the START Summit and START Hack, the largest events in the Swiss startup ecosystem. For the new offices, it was decided that only second-hand furniture would be used, primarily for reasons of sustainability but also due to cost considerations. Together with Novu Office, Vitra took on this challenge with the aim of creating a high-quality, well-planned and contemporary office environment. Various sources, including previous Vitra and Novu Office clients in Switzerland and Germany, contributed the furniture. The unpredictable procurement required complex logistics, with interim storage in St. Gallen and room-by-room planning to create a cohesive office. The users are delighted with how inspiring, productive and functional a second-hand furniture project can be. Discover our clients: https://lnkd.in/e9nDikWp #Vitra #OurClients

Founded in 1991, the luxury shoe brand Christian Louboutin is known for the trademark red soles. With offices spread across five different locations in the French capital, the company was looking to unite the teams in a single workplace housed within a historic building close to the very first Louboutin boutique in the heart of Paris. To strengthen teamwork in project mode and promote new working methods, the client was keen to introduce a desk-sharing concept. Furthermore, the new work environment was intended to serve as a compelling reflection of the brand and its values in order to attract the best talent. Having always admired the quality and innovative spirit of Vitra products, the Louboutin team commissioned the Vitra Consulting & Planning Studio (CPS) to plan and deliver a collaborative office environment. The Verkehrshaus der Schweiz (Swiss Museum of Transport) offices previously had a traditional closed layout and the employees were scattered across several different floors within the building. With the new multi-purpose construction designed by architects Gigon/Guyer, the opportunity was seized to create a new, modern and open-plan team hub on just one floor. Vitra's Consulting & Planning Studio (CPS) worked with the architects and the Swiss Museum of Transport to develop a multifaceted environment. A series of workshops were carried out with team representatives to document the different needs and requirements and implement them within the space to ensure efficient collaboration. As sustainability is particularly important to the museum, durable Vitra products were selected for the workstations, cafeteria, lounge and retreat areas. Furthermore around 300 Eames Fiberglass Chairs from 1972 were restored and reconditioned. Used in the museum’s restaurants until 2008, they are now employed in various conference rooms within the same building. Discover more clients here: https://lnkd.in/e9nDikWp #vitra #ourclients
