  • We actually do put out fires 🔥🧑🏼🚒🧯  Besides being a superhero on our Operations team, #Patric saves actual lives in his spare time as a part-time firefighter.   How inspiring and meaningful is that? 🫨🥰   We don’t know if this is a national thing, but once a year, Patric gets to bring his gear and equipment to work.   This is a reminder to all of us that we can do great things outside of work 🌱 Helga and Mohammed, of course, had to try the gear on - and we had to post about it! 🧑🏼🚒👩🏻🚒 But more importantly, this made us wonder... 🤔💭 Are you working a #meaningful part-time job outside of the office?   • Our Sales Team started the week strong 💪🏼🤩🎈 We met up at the Elite Hotels of Sweden AB in #Stockholm for a full day of planning. Despite a few days of Indian summer in the Nordics, fall is here, and we only have a few months left of 2024. 🍂🍁 We talked a lot about reaching our goals and how we can create and maintain an even stronger bond with you as a client or partner.   • Last week, our Project and Delivery Management team spent a full-day workshop at our Solna office 🇸🇪 We discussed how to improve our internal collaboration to secure the highest quality of delivery for our customers. We also had time to work on our solution-focused approach and coaching skills.   • Towards the end of each month, we gather in our #CX-division in Liljeholmen 🤩🎊 Our co-workers at the office attend physically, while others join in through #Teams. These meetings are so valuable for us, and there are a few things we always discuss: 1. Our numbers: We want everyone in our division to know how we are doing. This creates transparency and also gives every employee a sense of ownership towards our business. 2. NEWS: There’s always something happening, and we don’t want anyone to feel left behind on what’s going on. 3. Our projects: If you are a client, you know that we work in different teams with various specialists to ensure your contact center runs smoothly. We always check in on major ongoing projects to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. 4. We welcome new employees! This has been an exciting month. We have three key takeaways from our monthly meeting that we will update you on next week.     Have you seen our new office spaces in Stockholm? 🇸🇪🤩 Don’t worry, letters and cake can still be delivered to Fredsborgsgatan 24. However, we're now occupying A LOT more space in the building than before. We have an area that almost feels like an amusement park. 🎠🎡 Here you’ll find a ping-pong table, foosball table, pool table, and even a POPCORN MACHINE 🤪🍿 And of course, lots of our beloved colleagues enjoying their breaks with laughter. Additionally, we’ve installed several extremely cozy couch areas. We use them for informal meetings, coffee catch-ups, or just to take a mental break away from the laptop during the day. This brings so much joy to our whole Advania Sweden family.   • BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🎉🥳 Pär Lindström is our new CX Business Area Manager.   Pär has been a part of the Advania family for an incredible 18 years. Over the last couple of years, he has been responsible for our Scandinavian Sales team, which includes #Norway, #Denmark, and #Sweden 🇳🇴🇩🇰🇸🇪 His team of Sales Specialists will continue to report directly to Pär.   We wish Pär all the best on his journey, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for our beloved division 🫶🏼   Words from Pär: “It’s a true honor to be placed in this position, and working alongside so many highly skilled and engaged individuals.
