Felt like sharing an update from the Antiloop.eco camp as a lot is going 🙂 "AntiLoop is a digital tool designed and developed for children and youth. Using data from IoT sensors placed around and inside schools, students gain insight into how their daily behavior and activities affect the climate around them." Yes, it's easy to forget that to create the perfect innovation and digitalisation project, you must ask why people actually should care about it to begin with. How do you find "proof of concept"? Your concept's promise? Tone of voice? Your unique arguments? Your USP (or even ESP)? Your concept's personality and more. It must all be thought about... In recent weeks, I have been roaming the streets of Oslo to visit Veksthuset for verdiskaping – UiO Growth House and Charge Incubator, among others, to discuss the first steps in the design thinking wheel. The insights, learning, and research needed to create a solid strategy - a roadmap. And then also how to use all this insight to create solutions, concepts, and ideas that are well anchored in your strategic findings. And of course, it's so cool to meet all these new people and hear about their ideas and innovations. So, a digitalisation and innovation project is all about choosing platforms, technology, and integrations, right? Well, no. There is a lot more to it than that. Actually, according to us at Yulieta - by Innocode, it's only one-third of the project. The second part is "methodology" (design thinking, agile, architecture, etc.), but as I see it, the third part, my personal favourite, "culture," is the most important one. I mean, to create a successful project over time, we are dependent on trust, synced values, and mutual engagement and commitment! No matter what projects we are working on, we are still people working with people! And we all want to feel good at work. Understanding this is key to sustainable cooperation over time. So, with that in mind, I suggest you grab a cup of coffee, lean back in your favourite chair and read these well chosen words from my colleague Valerii Shypunov Oh, and you will also get an sneak peek into how our eminent project manager, leader, controller, fixer, trixer and mixer Olga Vasiuk runs projects to make sure we do not miss a single aspect of the project or the people working in them.
