In the MCO structure that ACAFP is building, fostering player development across different countries is one of the key elements. A great example of this is Iker Burgos (FW), who transferred from Juventud Torremolinos CF to KMSK Deinze this summer. However, there are also players who have shown significant progress by transferring outside of the group clubs. Teo Quintero (DF) transferred this summer from KMSK DEINZE to Sparta Rotterdam, a solid club in the Eredivisie CV. He joined Deinze in the 2022-23 season from CE Sabadell (then in the Primera RFEF, Spanish Third Division) and played in a total of 58 matches over two seasons. At Deinze, a multinational team, he led the defense, guiding the team from the backline. His recent move to the Dutch first division marks a significant step up, with his market value increasing sixfold compared to before he joined Deinze, according to Transfermarkt data. In the Eredivisie's opening match this week, Teo immediately earned a spot in the starting lineup. We are excited to see how he will perform moving forward. Our CEO visited PVF Academy in Vietnam and exchanged views with the representatives about future collaboration. ACAFP and PVF established a partnership for player development in 2022. Subsequently, they jointly conducted a selection process for U15 players, with three chosen players, Lê Phát, Quang Anh, Quang Tú, participating in a two-and-a-half-month training program at KMSK Deinze in Belgium. The CEO also reunited with these three players, who have been excelling in their respective national youth teams since returning. We are pleased to have contributed to their growth in any way. Our group club Juventud Torremolinos Club de Fútbol in Spain announced the signing of a Japanese attacker Akito Mukai from Antequera C.F . Akito started his career at Rakuten Vissel Kobe, Inc. and moved to Spain in 2020. He has played a total of 38 games in the third division in Spain so far, gaining experience. Today we have announced a great transfer of a young attacker from Spain, Iker Burgos, going to KMSK DEINZE (Belgium 2nd Division) from Juventud Torremolinos Club de Fútbol (Spain 4th Division). Iker was on the pitch for all matches and scored 20 goals in the 23-24 season, and was one of the most important players who made a great contribution to the club to promote to the 2nd RFEF.
