AI Singapore was honored to host His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, yesterday. We showcased our key initiatives and programmes, including presentations from our apprentices on the deepskilling and project phases of the AI Apprenticeship Programme (AIAP). Additionally, Life3 Biotech shared insights on how they leveraged AI, built together with AISG, to streamline and automate the review and counting of microalgae. Moreover, AISG signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Government Enablement (DGE), the Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC), and the Mohamed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI). This collaboration aims to enhance AI capacity development and skills implementation in both Abu Dhabi and Singapore. This MOU is part of a broader agreement, alongside seven others, welcomed by Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled and Prime Minister Wong, covering areas such as social development, executive education, leadership development, public service cooperation, teacher training, artificial intelligence, and civilian nuclear energy.
