We are proud to announce that Anywheel is now available on the Weixin/WeChat Mini Program, marking us as the first micro-mobility app outside China to join this platform! This integration enhances the convenience and accessibility of our service for both local users and travellers, allowing for a seamless experience through Weixin. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Weixin for inviting our founder and CEO, Htay Aung, as a keynote speaker at the Weixin Open Class in Singapore. Through this open class, we are glad to have shared insights on leveraging the Weixin Ecosystem to inspire Weixin Mini Program developers and new merchants from the tourism, retail, and F&B sectors in engaging Chinese travellers. With this new milestone, users can: - Scan to ride via the Weixin app - Top up using Weixin Pay Wallet - Enjoy local rates, even with non-local numbers We are excited about the opportunities this partnership brings and thankful for Weixin’s continued support!

Anywheel is now 7! As part of our 7th year anniversary, we celebrated through a ride with Anywheel Fam to support and raise funds for Club Rainbow (Singapore)'s Ride and Ralk for Rainbows 2024! 🌈 We cycled across Punggol and Pasir Ris Park, and captured some memories at 7 pit stops, symbolising the years we have been riding through the highs and lows together as a team, exploring different corners and areas to enhance the bike-sharing experience of our users. At the same time, we’re truly thankful for the opportunity to contribute to this Club Rainbow’s mission, spreading awareness about chronic and life-threatening illnesses as we ride towards a greener tomorrow 💚 Club Rainbow supports and empowers children with chronic illnesses and their families by providing compassionate relevant services in their journey towards an enriching life. Through the Ride and Ralk for Rainbows event, Club Rainbow aims to raise public awareness and funds towards these support measures. STEAMunity (Science, Technology, Arts and Maths Community) was launched this week, a community-centric initiative by Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and Science Centre Singapore to encourage the youth to use scientific concepts to solve real world problems. It is truly our pleasure to contribute to this programme as a community sponsor, and at the same time providing mentorship to the team of students who were working on a solution to improve and educate users on bicycle parking etiquette. We would also like to extend our gratitude to DPM Heng Swee Keat, SUTD President Prof Kok-Kwang Phoon, and CEO of Science Centre Singapore Assoc Prof Lim Tit Meng for gracing the launch of STEAMunity and making this meaningful initiative possible. This initiative was open to students from various schools and backgrounds, where they were put into different teams to identify opportunities to solve community challenges. In providing the youth hands-on experiences and a platform to experiment with problem-solving software, STEAMunity aims to nurture in participants a deeper sense of curiosity, expand their creative boundaries, and encourage teamwork among them.

A brand new cycling network has just been launched in Choa Chu Kang (CCK) Town! In conjunction with the launch, we were honoured to be a part of the Choa Chu Kang Cycling Carnival yesterday at CCK Community Club, with many turning up to show their support for the new cycling route in the neighbourhood. This initiative is part of many to develop the passion of cycling enthusiasts, and at the same time encouraging individuals of all ages from different walks of life to pedal towards a more active lifestyle and a greener future. Special thanks to the guests of honour DPM Gan Kim Yong, SMS Dr Amy Khor, SPS Yam Keng Baey, MPs Don Wee 黄文鸿 and Zhulkarnain Abdul Rahim, as well as Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore CEO Ng Lang and DCE Jeremy Yap, and Singapore Cycling Federation President Siong chen Hing, for gracing the event with your presence and enthusiasm. We would also like to express our gratitude to all participants at our booth who enjoyed our ring-toss game that was created using our own products to encourage sustainability, including Anywheel-exclusive reusable foldable bottles and our own bikes for the baskets as holders. As Singapore’s only homegrown bike-sharing service, we are proud to contribute to this meaningful cause and we can’t wait to see what’s next for our growing community!

Co-organised by Jurong Green Community Club, Community Sports Network Jurong Central, and Jurong Central Youth Network, we are proud and honoured to have been a part of Jurong Night Cycling 2024, which is held annually. Joined by Jurong GRC MP Xie Yao Quan, we flagged off and cycled from Jurong Green CC to East Coast Park alongside enthusiastic participants of the community. Altogether, we supplied 350 bicycles for this event and were happy to have supported this event. We are truly heartened to witness the growth of the cycling scene in Singapore, starting from annual community rides like this, and we are thrilled to continue our support for meaningful, fun-filled cycling adventures!
