I was delighted to welcome APEC senior officials to the Secretariat this week. It was a great opportunity to reconnect before the upcoming APEC Economic Leaders' Week in Lima, Peru, which will take place from 9 to 16 November. I also had the pleasure of showing them around the newly renovated multipurpose space, which used to be our library. It now houses information on APEC's rich history, milestones, and achievements, including photos from past meetings over the years. I look forward to meeting the senior officials again next month.
