We are delighted to join BMW Group at the BMW Oktoberfest 2024, held on 8th October 2024 at the exquisite Paulaner Brauhaus. The BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé and the BMW i4 greeted guests at the entrance, giving them the chance to view the dynamic BMW models up close. Celebrating the world’s largest beer festival, over a hundred of our valued customers joined in on the festivities with authentic German delicacies and refreshing beer throughout the night. The evening saw endless fun with a Stein Holding Competition, Oktoberfest Trivia Challenge, and many more energising activities. We were also serenaded by Joe & Seine Schurzenjager with their lively beats and lovely tunes that made the night complete. We were honoured to have been a part of the Food from the Heart Charity Golf Tournament 2024, held last week on 19th September 2024 at the spectacular Singapore Island Country Club. The seventh edition of the charity golf tournament brought together golf enthusiasts and the business community, where they bonded over their shared passion for golf on the greens and each swing contributing to a greater cause. It was our distinct pleasure to contribute our PML golf bags and over a hundred sleeves of PML golf balls for the event, in support of Food from the Heart’s food distribution programmes and community-based initiatives. Our Managing Director, Mr Lawrence Tan, also joined fellow philanthropists in the meaningful event, representing our commitment to uplift our community. Gracing the event programme was Guest-Of-Honour Mr Eric Chua, Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Culture, Community and Youth. The esteemed guests enjoyed a pleasant dinner, special live performance, prize presentation, and an exciting lucky draw to end off the evening. In collaboration with Sharebox, we're delighted to introduce our Performance Motors Key Drop Off and Collection Lockers, making servicing easier for our valued customers. Customers can now simply book a service appointment via the SDM SG OneGo app, complete their online check-in, and visit us to drop off their car key. These lockers are readily available at 303 Alexandra Road, with plans to expand to 1 Ubi Road 4 and 280 Kampong Arang Road in the near future, offering greater convenience across the island. The satisfaction of our BMW owners is paramount at Performance Motors, and we strive to streamline their servicing experience so they can relax while we handle the rest. The 50th BMW Berlin-Marathon took place on 29th September 2024, and it was our pleasure to provide our valued BMW owners the opportunity to join the marathon, representing Singapore! We were delighted to see our owners completing the world’s largest run that celebrated 5 decades of passion, and 13 world records. The marathon saw 54,280 finishers and left them with an unforgettable and joyous experience. It was an amazing week of celebrations! We unveiled our newly-transformed BMW Retail.Next showroom and kicked off the party last Friday with performances by local rapper, Shigga Shay. On the same night, we launched the new BMW M3 and BMW M3 Touring and the evening was also made special by the fireworks display that truly marked the occasion. The following days were filled with joy for our valued customers, who enjoyed unique orchid scent customisation, delicious refreshments, and captured their memories at our photobooth. Families also came together to get hands-on during our Body and Paint Tour. The showroom opening was truly a memorable addition to commemorate our 45th anniversary and we would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who joined us in celebrating this unforgettable milestone. Over the last weekend session of SGGS Weekend, our BMW Motorrad riders brought their adventurous spirits to Enduro Park Thailand to discover off-road riding thrills at the Off-Road Training Level 1 course. Conducted by BMW Motorrad Certified IIA Instructors, our riders were equipped with many fundamental techniques to take on different riding terrains and tackled a mini GS Challenge in this 2-days course, gaining more confidence in handling the BMW Motorrad GS models. Our riders took away not just new riding skills, but also forged stronger friendships as they bonded through the shared experiences of the challenging courses! Last Saturday was filled with joy as the BMW Motorrad team commemorated our heritage models, celebrated inclusivity and female empowerment in the BMW Motorrad 101 Year Celebration. It was our great pleasure to have also partnered with the Mobile Massage Team of the Singapore Association of Visually Handicapped to provide soothing massages for our customers.
