Building Executable: a podcast for builders, makers and hackers in architecture, engineering, construction and operation
About us
Imagine if delivering and operating a building were as simple as executing a file. The lifecycle of a building consists of a finite set of activities within the design, engineering, construction, operation, maintenance, and even demolition processes. Using technology, we as an industry are able to automate some of these activities while not others (yet). On the Building Executable Podcast (build.exe) we speak with business and technology professionals from across the built environment space to look into the nature of executable activities within the AECO disciplines, what the future has in store for our industry, and how we get one step closer to executing our buildings as we do our files. 🎙️ Podcast: Exploring one industry topic at a time through a four-part series, consisting of architecture, engineering, construction, and operation part featuring a relevant guest speaker for each. 👷♀️ Guests: Business and technology professionals from startups and corporates alike, whom we believe are making a dent in the industry and have plenty to share for our community to learn from. 🧑🏻💻 Hosts: Construction tech startup founders who identified some of the deepest industry problems while at their corporate construction jobs, and now resolving those problems at scale. We aim to build an open discourse on the future of the built environment that the intra- and entrepreneurial community will make the most of while working towards building an efficient, transparent, and sustainable industry. We start by listening, and we encourage you to do the same.
