We are pleased to share that CBC Healthcare Infrastructure Platform (CBC HIP) recently earned Gold Certification in LEED v4.1 O+M: EB for all 17 R&D, manufacturing, and office buildings within the CBC Life Science Park, Daxing Beijing, making it the first life science real assets cluster in China to achieve this certification.   Edward Li, Managing Director of CBC Group and Chief Operating Officer of CBC HIP said, “CBC HIP is proud to have received this certification and I am excited about CBC HIP's goal of becoming the leading ESG performer in the life science infrastructure sector, providing environmentally friendly and socially responsible R&D and manufacturing facilities for life science enterprises. Through assets managed by CBC HIP, we aim to attract top scientists, entrepreneurs, and business leaders in the life science sectors to foster technical innovation and breakthroughs. We’re excited to share that in partnership with Mubadala, the Abu Dhabi based global investment company, we have acquired 100% ownership in the carve-out of global biopharmaceutical company UCB Pharma’s mature business in China. The scope of this acquisition includes UCB’s neurology portfolio (Keppra®, Vimpat®, Neupro®) and allergy portfolio (Zyrtec®, Xyzal®) in Mainland China, as well as UCB’s Zhuhai manufacturing site.    The transaction remains subject to certain closing conditions, including required anti-trust clearance(s) and other customary conditions, and is expected to close in Q4 2024. #InvestorOperator #Buyout #CNSBiopharmaPlatform
