As part of our quest to keep our learning and development efforts engaging, we recently introduced Forum Theatre sessions for our staff. In these interactive sessions, participants got to watch a performance of a typical workplace problem (acted out by fellow colleagues), and then not only discussed how they would improve the situation, but also had the opportunity to jump in and act out their solutions! Through such role-playing, we aim to enhance our communication skills, build empathy, and explore different perspectives within our workplace. #learning #innovation

We're excited to share that Changi Airports International (CAI) has entered into a joint venture agreement with Hainan Meilan International Airport Co. to manage the non-aeronautical commercial operations at Haikou Meilan International Airport (HAK). The JV will have exclusive rights to manage retail, F&B, advertising, leisure, and CIP airport services at the Chinese airport for 10 years, starting from January 2025. Leveraging Changi’s expertise in airport commercial management, the JV will enhance HAK's ability to cater to both international and domestic travellers, foster better passenger satisfaction, drive revenue growth and strengthen its position as a top regional hub - in 2023, more than 24 million passengers passed through the airport, leading it to be ranked, by passenger throughput, 18th among all airports in the Chinese mainland. ✈️ #ChangiAirport
