About us

OUR HISTORY Cooking Art was birthed in the 1980s as one of Singapore's pioneer professional culinary schools. Under the directives of its Wilton-trained founder, Mrs Esther Kim Sim, Cooking Art soon became one of Singapore’s premium cooking schools. In the mid-90s, Cooking Art entered a new arena to meet rising needs for a first-rate local dessert supplier for Singapore’s hotel industry. Using the wealth of culinary expertise garnered from her acclaimed cooking school days, Cooking Art went behind the scenes and has since grown to serve Singapore’s 5-star hotels and Istana events, with special requests from international delegates to give them the experience of unique Singaporean desserts. OUR WORK Through our years of experience, Cooking Art has had the pleasure and privilege of serving Singapore’s top hotels and partnering with Singapore’s best executive and pastry chefs on local and international projects such as overseas Singapore food promotions, local heritage celebrations and in-house events and promotions. QUALITY ASSURANCE Specializing in Nonya Kuehs and other local delights, our products are made fresh every day in our 24-hour, year-round ISO22000 kitchens to ensure that our customers always get the freshest of products. Here at Cooking Art, we believe in caring for our customers by caring for theirs too. Our products do not contain any preservatives. It is, and always has been, a pleasure provide our customers with products that offer the best local culinary experiences.
