Fraxtor Singapore had the privilege of participating in this year's Security Token Offering (STO) Summit in Seoul, South Korea last week. Our CEO, Samuel Lee, shared insights on “Opportunities in Fractional Real Estate Investing” during the first day, and also took part in discussions on tokenization, blockchain, and strategies specific to the Korean real estate market. On the second day, our Head of Risk and Compliance, Clemence Kng, delivered a presentation on “Navigating Innovation: Singapore’s Approach to Tokenized Securities.” Clemence also contributed to a panel discussing “STO Global Policy and the Current State of Korea's Legislation.” It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with other leaders in the STO space, exchange ideas, and explore avenues for future collaboration.
