I joined G2 in December ‘21 after 5 years at Gartner. I was approached by a very friendly & enthusiastic EMEA Manager at G2 back then on LinkedIn. As soon as I learned more about the company, its people and values, I felt drawn to the opportunity to advance my career here. ⭐ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴? As an Account Manager, there is no feeling like hearing a client share back their successes with G2 as a result of our strategic partnership and the work we’ve done together in solving a business problem. Lift each other (I have never heard colleagues cheer on each other as loudly as it happens here) ⭐ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝟮? I am a strong believer in mindset, always. Whether you think you can or you can’t, you are right. So, have a strong belief in your own abilities and lean into honing your skills with the right coaching. Also, people (including Managers) are not mind-readers, so it is important to communicate openly about where you are and where you see yourself going.
