With over a decade of experience across Asia and five years in the Middle East, Thomas has led the creative direction for some of the world’s most prestigious resorts, wellness retreats, and ultra-luxury residences. His portfolio includes eco-conscious hospitality destinations that seamlessly integrate with their natural surroundings, high-end urban developments that redefine contemporary luxury, and bespoke residences tailored to the most discerning clientele. As the former Creative Director at dwp Bangkok, Thomas pioneered the use of AI-driven design solutions, combining technology with artistry to craft highly curated and choreographed experiences. His ability to blend sustainability, wellness, and innovation has shaped groundbreaking projects, from secluded island retreats and eco-resorts designed with regenerative principles, to urban sanctuaries that set new standards for modern luxury living. These appointments reflect our ongoing commitment to building a world-class team and pushing the boundaries of design in hospitality. Dionysios Kaltis, our new Design Director, brings 14 years of experience crafting spaces for Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, and Thompson Hotels as well as collaborating with culinary icons such as José Andrés Danny Meyer, and Costas Spiliadis. His expertise adds adds depth to our regional presence. Alongside him, Dylan Adams joins as Senior Lead Designer, bringing fresh perspective to the creation of award-winning, guest-focused spaces that blend aesthetic with functionality. Together, Dionysios and Dylan are an integral part of our MENA growth story, as we continue to expand our Dubai office and drive innovation in hospitality design.
