My mind hasn’t yet recovered from being blown away 🤯 by Claude Computer Use and now Model Context Protocol!?! While OpenAI is trying to replace Google, Claude is becoming a great dev workflow and software disruptor! Let’s hear from all the AI geek out there with a like if you are equally excited about the recent AI developments. If you are a developer or someone who cares about AI, but have no idea what I just said you should really check those out! #openai #claude #ai #startup

  • Let’s celebrate the originals and empower them.

The black sheep doesn’t follow the crowd. Sometimes, the crowd is headed the wrong way. It takes the black sheep to stand up and shout, “We’re going off a cliff!” They get called outcasts or rebels, but they’re the brave ones. A better name for them is the “originals”. They challenge the norm and walk their own path. Are you one of them? In Vietnamese, the phrase “không giống ai” means “not like others” and it’s meant to be a criticism but in some cases we should celebrate that. Let’s honor the originals in our lives, work places, and communities. They push us to think different and be innovative. #thinkdifferent #beoriginal

Congrats to Chocolate Finance! Love the model! We are bias of course as we have been offering a similar high yield saving account for Vietnamese since 2021 and also share two common investors (Saison Capital and Peak XV Partners). This is a simple product with the best PMF with millennials and Gen Zs, especially for SE Asia Markets. #fintech #sea #highyieldsavingaccount

🚀 Fintech in Vietnam: A Glimpse into the Future Two weeks ago, we brought together fintech founders, enthusiasts, and investors for an insightful panel discussion and networking event. Here are some takeaways: 🧠Focus on Fundamental Needs and AI Innovation: Fintech exists to use tech addressing the old but necessary problem - protect assets and ensure stability. As the industry evolves, the focus on innovation shifts toward leveraging AI to unlock further possibilities. James Vuong, founder and CEO of Infina, gave a standout example. Infina is a financial services super app and API company in Vietnam that is developing AI technology in its core to bring maximum value to retail investors and its partners, such as e-wallets. 🌟Optimism is in the Air: "2024 is going to be awesome," echoed through the room, setting a positive tone for fintech's future. The speakers particularly highlighted the AI application which leverages primary data to push for smarter product financing within the B2B supply chains and FMCG. Meanwhile, the macro environment is recovering, thereby lifting investment sentiment. 2024 is certainly a more favorable year for fintech startups to shine.  Thank you to the guests who joined us, shared insights, and fueled discussions. We look forward to seeing more vibrant discussions in the Vietnam startup ecosystem. If you missed this one, don't worry—AppWorks is always here for a conversation. Let's keep the dialogue going and the ideas flowing. #Startup #Founders #Fintech #Networking
