We're pleased to share that IPOS has entered an agreement with IP Viet Nam during #IPWeek2024 to enhance and extend the IPOS-IP Viet Nam pilot Collaborative Search & Examination Programme to 28 February 2027.   In addition to first filing, eligible patent applications claiming an earlier priority or PCT application entering national phase in Singapore and Vietnam can now enjoy an accelerated first office action within 10 months and enhanced prior art search and examination results from both Offices under the enhanced CS&E programme, thus benefiting a larger pool of applicants.   We look forward to our continued partnership with IP Viet Nam to further cultivate the innovation scene in the region.   #ForwardTogetherWithIP

Over #IPWeek2024, the IPOS Family is glad to have reinforced our warm relationships with regional and global counterparts. We met visiting delegations to strengthen collaborative efforts, and bilateral agreements were inked with various partners like the World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO and Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), Lao PDR.
