#Investcorp participated in the MEA Finance Magazine Wealth & Investment Summit in Dubai, UAE where Khulood Ebrahim, CFA, Real Assets Product Specialist, took part in a panel discussion on "Building Portfolios – Real Estate Investment Trends and Determining Factors." During the panel, Khulood highlighted Investcorp’s global real estate strategies to invest in industrial and warehouse properties. ESG considerations were also emphasized, outlining the firm's formalized due diligence process on ESG factors prior to acquisition, reinforcing the importance of strong ESG credentials in determining asset value for investors.
