It's been 10 months since Sharad Mohan Mishra and TVS Motor Company led our Series A investment, and 18+ months of working together through the due diligence, investment close and ongoing synergy. I could not have asked for a better mentor, partner-in-crime and business soul mate that truly understands what we're trying to achieve at ION Mobility. We had fun on the press interviews both online and off, and it's a great honour to be given access to the TVS X and reimagine it in ION revelry. I cannot underscore enough how monumental this budding collaboration is between two motorcycle manufacturer-brands. David vs. Goliath is so overrated. In today's increasingly networked and artificial intelligence powered society and economy, it needs to be David + Goliath. With Project Dynamo, my team and I announce our intention to enter the electric sports scooter segment as our 2nd model, with the TVS X recoloured and serving as our muse. We look forward to working with TVS Motor to create an open engagement and innovation platform, to engage better with our audience to learn and refine our work on ION's next electric motorcycle product. New segment notwithstanding, the ION M1-S remains our topmost priority to achieve mass production readiness, with initial deliveries slated to complete by Mar/Apr 2024. My team and I can't wait to get our industry-leading M1-S into the hands of our customers, with our first production batch already completely spoken for.
