Their expertise in desktop support and leadership skills contribute to the team's success in delivering high-quality service and identifying the opportunity to improve users’ experience. You will also be the “go-to” person in the team for a specific product, application or domain. Requirements Min. ITE/Diploma graduate with 5 years’ experience in desktop support Min 5 years experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 Clear Spoken & Written English. possess at least one (1) of the following certifications or their equivalent: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate; and Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate. You will serve as a liaison between the company and its users, aiming to retain loyalty and trust by being an active listener and assuring users of the company’s superior service standards. JD - RESPONSIBILITIES Receive and document user feedback through post service surveys. Investigate feedback thoroughly to understand the root cause and identify areas for improvement. Communicate with user professionally and empathetically to address their concerns and provide timely resolutions (where applicable). Document all interactions and resolutions accurately (in customer relationship management, CRM). Analyse complaint trends and provide insights to management for continuous improvement of services and processes. Stay updated on company policies and services to provide accurate information to users. JD - REQUIREMENTS Diploma, ITE, or a related field is often preferred.
