We recently went "Beyond the Curd" with Agropur in a collaborative workshop. The workshop showcased Agropur's exceptional cheeses and high-quality whey protein, processed with cutting-edge technologies. Together with Soda Aromatics, we demonstrated the power of our flavours in enhancing the aromas and tastes and reducing the off-notes of clear protein water and high protein ice cream formulated with Agropur’s whey protein.
