  • We pushed the boundaries of event execution with our recent collaboration with ASUS and Invade's NAO (Night at Orchard)! Our team transformed an empty space right in front of Takashimaya's fountain into a build up space, in 7 hours! The centerpiece? A revolutionary activation featuring ASUS's usage of cutting-edge AI technology. Passerbys and guests witnessed firsthand the power of AI image generation, with their creations brought to life through the magic of tufting by Hueplay. The impact was phenomenal! The activation buzzed with excitement as attendees interacted with ASUS's AI and saw their creations come to life. This project exemplifies our ability to think outside the box and deliver impactful events on tight deadlines. Have something in mind? Let us know!

  • After a few months of operating and operating under a hastily made logo, we finally landed on our final iteration of logo done up with the help of Divani Jayatilleke. We're excited to introduce our new logo, which is a simpler and more modern take on our previous design. The new logo better reflects our commitment to creating streamlined, unforgettable event experiences and sustainable practices. Here's what we love about the new logo: Simple and memorable: The new logo is easy to remember and understand, which is important for building brand recognition. Versatile: The logo can be used in a variety of applications, from our website and social media profiles to our event materials. Modern and professional: The new logo has a clean and modern look that reflects our forward-thinking approach to event management. We believe that the new logo is a better representation of our company and the services we offer. We're excited to use it to build our brand and connect with new clients in the future. What do you think of our new logo? We'd love to hear your feedback in the comments below! P.S. We're also offering a free consultation to new clients who mention this post. Drop us a message to learn more about how we can help you create an unforgettable event experience!

  • Tonight, Singapore joins the world in celebrating Earth Hour by switching off lights. It's a powerful symbol of unity, but let's consider the potential for a rebound effect: reducing energy use in one area can lead to increased consumption in another, negating some of the initial savings. At Korls Arts and Tech Innovation, we believe in sustainable event experiences that go beyond one-off gestures. We focus on long-term impact through sustainable materials, energy-efficient solutions, and responsible waste management. This Earth Hour, let's commit to making sustainable choices every day. Small changes in our daily routines can have a significant impact.

  • Remember those boring ol' event booths? The plastic nightmares, the overflowing landfills, the "meh" memories? Yeah, we're here to smash that picture with a playful hammer of sustainability! Forget the cardboard cutouts and flimsy banners, because at Korls Arts and Tech Innovation, we create bespoke, ECO-FABULOUS booths that are as unique as your brand (with way less carbon footprint, of course). Think reclaimed wood turned into interactive masterpieces, upcycled materials woven into stunning displays, and sustainable swag that won't end up in the ocean (we all know that dolphin doesn't appreciate your plastic pen). But wait, there's more! We're not just about the booth - we're about the whole event experience. 🪄 We manage your event with a sustainable swagger, from sourcing local vendors to minimizing waste (think compostable confetti, hello!). Why be another forgettable square when you can be a game-changer with a conscience? Join the eco-revolution and let's create events that are memorable, impactful, and kind to the planet. Ready to ditch the beige and embrace the green? Contact us today and let's chat about transforming your next event into an unforgettable, sustainable masterpiece! #sustainableevents #bespokebooths #ecofriendly #eventmanagement #innovation #creativity #shapethefuture #gogreen #ditchthebeige #beplayful P.S. • What an incredible journey it's been with the "Hopscotch of Pain" at the Singapore Expo! We're beyond thrilled to share that over 700 brave souls embarked on this unique challenge, with more than 260 completing it. Most importantly, we achieved this with zero injuries, underscoring our unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. As we reflect on the success of this event, we're also proud to take our commitment to sustainability to the next level. Following the conclusion of the event, our team has diligently dismantled the structure and transported it back to our office. Here, we're carefully sorting through the materials: some are being recycled to minimize our environmental footprint, while others are being prepared for reuse, given a new life beyond the event. This project was a testament to our team's creativity, dedication, and our collective effort to not only provide memorable experiences but also to do so responsibly and sustainably. A huge thank you to everyone involved, from our team to the participants, and our partners, SGAG and Invade, for making this possible. We're excited for what the future holds and are committed to continuing our journey towards creating impactful, safe, and sustainable event experiences. Oh and yes, here's the footage of the fastest participant to ace the Hopscotch of Pain - 3.98 seconds!

  • 🎉 Exciting News from Our Team! 🎉 This week has been an exhilarating journey for us at Korls Arts and Tech Innovation, as we've been offsite at the Singapore Expo, diligently working on an intriguing project for SGAG and Invade - the "Hopscotch of Pain." 🔍 A Closer Look Behind the Scenes: At first glance, the build might appear straightforward. However, it's intricately designed with multiple safety layers, ensuring a blend of thrill and security for all attendees. It's a project where fun (and pain) meets safety, offering an unforgettable yet secure experience on the Hopscotch of Pain. 🚀 The Process: The journey to this point has been intense and rewarding. We spent over a month sourcing and shipping the optimal materials, followed by comprehensive testing to meet our high safety and quality standards. The actual build was completed in just two days - a testament to our team's efficiency and dedication. 🗓️ Save the Date! We're thrilled to invite you to experience this unique blend of excitement and safety firsthand. Join us at Artbox Singapore in Singapore Expo Hall 2 from 26th to 28th January and again from 2nd to 4th February. • In a world where the average individual generates roughly 66kg or 147 pounds of waste monthly, it's critical for industries to re-evaluate their impact on our planet. The events sector, often a hidden contributor to this growing mound of refuse, produces approximately 5,670kg of waste per three-day event, with over 3,480kg ending up in landfills. At Korls Arts and Tech Innovation, we're not content with business as usual. Our modus operandi is clear: infuse sustainability into our core practices, not as a marketable accessory, but as a fundamental principle. It's not just about being eco-conscious; it's about being eco-intelligent. We are championing the shift towards sustainable event management, but let's face it – this isn't a solo act. It requires a chorus of like-minded visionaries, a symphony of action over rhetoric. We're calling on partners, clients, and competitors alike: let's orchestrate a greener future together. If you, too, are passionate about turning the tide on event waste and want to discuss pioneering strategies for sustainable event management, reach out. Our inbox is open for collaborators, innovators, and anyone ready to join us in this vital mission. Email us at info@korlsarts.tech – because sustainability isn't just our passion; it's our responsibility.

  • In light of recent discussions about 'greenwashing' , it's more important than ever to talk about what our sustainability efforts look like. At Korls Arts and Tech Innovation, we understand that claiming to be sustainable isn't enough – actions speak louder than buzzwords. That's why we're taking concrete, albeit sometimes costlier, steps to ensure our practices reflect our commitment to the planet. 🔄 Upcycling with Purpose: Instead of the 'use and dispose' approach, we focus on upcycling materials used in our events. This is not just about reducing waste; it’s about creatively repurposing materials to give them a new life, even if it means extra effort and expense. And how are we doing that? We take great care into building our booths, each material used has a "plan" post event! 🌿 Sourcing Sustainably: We're constantly seeking out more sustainable materials, actively choosing options that reduce environmental impact. This might mean investing more upfront, but we believe it's a price worth paying for the health of our planet. 🤝 Transparent Practices: We're committed to transparency in our sustainability journey. We're not perfect, but we're dedicated to continuous improvement and open communication about our processes and choices, partnering with various companies to make the earth a little greener! We believe it's time for our industry to move beyond mere claims of being 'green' and to start implementing real, tangible changes. It’s not the easy path, but it’s the right one. Join us as we forge a future where events aren’t just spectacular but are also sustainable in the truest sense. Let’s make every gathering an opportunity to show respect for our environment. #Sustainability #RealChange #EcoFriendly #KorlsArtsandTechInnovation
