It’s not every day you get to say that your tech is bringing the US Treasury fund management expertise of a $1.2 trillion AUM manager to the Web3 world! Huge thanks to FundBridge Capital for the trust and collaboration, to Wellington Management for agreeing to sub-manage the Delta Wellington Ultra Short Treasury On-Chain Fund (ULTRA), and to our amazing partners Mountain Protocol, Drift Labs, StraitsX, Perpetual Limited, Vistra, and Standard Chartered for their support. The fund will launch on Ethereum Mainnet first, with plans to expand soon to Arbitrum, Avalanche, and Solana—making access even easier across the Web3 ecosystem. At Libeara, we’re incredibly excited about the potential for ULTRA to make a strong mark in the burgeoning Web3 real-world asset universe. Here’s to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in asset tokenization! Excited to share Bloomberg Businessweek’s latest feature on Libeara, led by our CEO, Aaron Gwak. In collaboration with FundBridge Capital, we’ve launched the SGD Delta Fund—the first tokenised Singapore government bond fund, rated “Aa” by Moody’s. Tokenised assets bring a whole new world of financial inclusivity—allowing low-denomination investments that break down traditional barriers. In many countries, such as Ghana, high minimum investments have long hindered financial inclusion. But now, with Libeara’s innovative approach, investors can trade tokenised assets with ease. As the financial world evolves, the tokenisation of real-world assets is becoming the new frontier, embraced by governments and investors globally. By providing increased liquidity, enhanced security, and access to low-denomination investments, platforms like Libeara are rewriting the playbook for how we invest and grow wealth. 🔗 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gajq7jPH #Tokenisation #Finance #Innovation #DigitalAssets #BlockchainTechnology

We are very proud to share that Libeara is participating in Phase 2 of e-HKD Pilot Programme of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) (Project e-HKD+). We are also looking forward to collaborating with our project partners - Standard Chartered Hong Kong, BlackRock, and Mastercard. Project e-HKD+ will examine innovative use cases for new forms of digital money, including e-HKD and tokenised deposits, signalling HKMA’s continuing commitment to digital money innovation. Libeara is thrilled to partner with Standard Chartered Hong Kong, BlackRock, and Mastercard in exploring an end-to-end approach to enable bank customers to conduct tokenised fund transactions using digital money and to enable asset managers to perform efficient and secure tokenised money settlements. We are looking forward to the innovations that will emerge from this collaboration, the validation of the proposed use cases within Project e-HKD+, and how this project will further consolidate Hong Kong’s position as a leading digital asset hub. #SCVentures, #RewiringtheDNAinBanking, #Innovation, #Tokenisation, #DigitalAssets
📢 HKMA announces the expansion of “Project e-HKD,” now renamed as “Project e-HKD+,” as a significant step towards a more comprehensive exploration of the digital money ecosystem. Under Project e-HKD+, the e-HKD Pilot Programme Phase 2 will examine innovative use cases for new forms of digital money, including e-HKD and tokenised deposits, potentially be used by individuals and corporates, in view of the evolving fintech landscape. Eleven groups of firms from various sectors have been selected to take part in this programme. The outcomes will provide valuable insights into the practical challenges of designing, implementing, and operating a digital money ecosystem comprising both publicly and privately issued digital moneys. Mr Eddie Yue, Chief Executive of the HKMA, said, “The expanded Project e-HKD+ signifies the HKMA’s commitment to digital money innovation. The e-HKD Pilot Programme has provided a valuable opportunity for the HKMA to work closely with the industry in exploring how new forms of digital money could add unique value to the general public. The HKMA will continue to adopt a use-case driven approach in its exploration of digital money. We look forward to working closely with industry participants in Phase 2 to co-create various innovative use cases.” To foster collaborations, the HKMA will establish the e-HKD Industry Forum. This platform will enable participating institutions to discuss common issues and foster solutions towards the successful implementation and adoption of digital money in a scalable manner. Similar to Phase 1, an e-HKD sandbox will be made available to the pilot participants to accelerate prototyping, development and testing of use cases. The HKMA will work closely with the selected firms over the next approximate 12 months under Phase 2, aiming to share key learnings with the public by the end of 2025. 📅 Howard Lee, Deputy Chief Executive of the HKMA, and George Chou, Chief Fintech Officer of the HKMA, presented the “Project e-HKD” and the commencement of the e-HKD Pilot Programme Phase 2 at the press conference. #RWASummitSG: RWA Infrastructure Gap - What’s Stopping Us from Scaling?" With industry experts S&P Global’s Chuck Mounts, @Phoenix Labs’ Sam MacPherson, Chainlink Labs’ Sergey Nazarov, @Aave Labs’ Stani Kulechov and Bain Capital Crypto’s @Irene Wu, we explored the challenges and opportunities for scaling real-world assets on-chain. Here are our key takeaways: 💡Bringing real-world assets on-chain is no longer optional—it’s essential. As blockchain adoption grows, migrating credit intermediation and market execution onto blockchain rails will drive speed, lower costs, and increase yield diversification for investors. Stablecoins backed by RWAs are a prime example of the potential to scale on-chain assets. 💡While the blockchain ecosystem has made significant strides, infrastructure is still evolving. A key hurdle remains the secure and reliable linkage between on-chain and off-chain assets. Companies like Aave Labs and Chainlink are actively working to create stable, scalable solutions, but a unified golden record and enhanced data transparency are crucial to bridge TradFi and DeFi. 💡Across the panel, we believe RWAs will eventually surpass cryptocurrencies in market value. The future hinges on solving for the infrastructure gap—particularly in the areas of risk assessment, stablecoin backing, and liquidity. With more traditional finance players embracing blockchain, we believe the flow of value between TradFi and DeFi will become increasingly seamless. A big thank you to our speakers for the insightful conversation. Follow our page and stay tuned for more updates from the RWA Summit, Singapore! #RWASingapore #Tokenisation #RealWorldAssets #DeFi #TradFi #BlockchainInnovation
