✨ Our recent Flash Mentoring event at the National University of Singapore brought together industry leaders and aspiring professionals to exchange knowledge and experience. One of the mentors, Pradeepan Arumugam, emphasised the crucial need to bridge the gap between academic learning and the realities of the working world. He highlighted that by engaging with industry professionals, students gain valuable 💡perspectives that are essential for navigating their future careers and instil confidence and motivation for the journey ahead. In today's world, effective mentoring goes beyond just guidance; it requires coaching skills 🧠 and a deep understanding of mental wellbeing 🌱.
