Last night was a celebration like no other, as we commemorated 120 years of MTFA’s legacy of compassion, growth, and impact! The atmosphere at Shangri-La Singapore was nothing short of magical, with nearly 400 guests joining us for an evening that will be cherished for years to come. With heartfelt speeches and exhilarating performances by the renowned Ramli Sarip and Awie, each moment held its own special place in the memories of all who attended. Guests savored a sumptuous spread, connected with over 40 respected partners and contributors, and reminisced over stories that span generations. We were also deeply honored to recognize 14 remarkable organisations with commemorative plaques, celebrating their invaluable contributions and the enduring strength of our community. Thanks to the boundless generosity of our supporters, we raised an impressive $1,069,622 to sustain our mission. We also want to extend our gratitude to the 3K+ viewers who tuned in via livestream, allowing us to share this special celebration far and wide. Alhamdulillah, we are truly blessed to have Ustazah Aisyah Aminah Shamsuria, Darul Ihsan Lilbanat as a valued member of our team! 🌟 Her unwavering dedication to nurturing and uplifting our community stands as a shining example of leadership rooted in Islamic values. Recently, Ustazah Aisyah had the honour of participating in the ICCOS 2024 Youth Hackathon. Her team, CareVis, tackled pressing community challenges within the realm of Social Upliftment and Empowerment, developing innovative strategies to support families in need and guiding them toward growth and independence. Ustazah Aisyah's commitment goes far beyond addressing immediate needs. She is driven by the Qur'anic call to foster societal reform, striving to protect individuals from injustice and corruption. If the system of society is either good or corrupt, its goodness or corruption reflects on its individuals, influencing them, and they bear its consequences. Her work is centred on providing the tools necessary for long-term success, uplifting individuals to become self-reliant and empowered. The team's achievement — placing in the top three — is a testament to her inspiring leadership, vision, and ability to bring about positive change, MashaAllah.
