The Design Thinking Workshop on Feb 16th with NUS MVP Studio marked the first collaboration with the GRIP Venture Creation Practicum course. Activities like Crazy 8, Solution Sketch and "Build Something Quickly" excited the 36 student teams and pushed their boundaries. The energy and ideas were truly inspiring! Each team showcased their creativity and ingenuity through startup product ideas using simple craft materials during the three-hour session. We are especially grateful to Dr. Raymond Chan, our MSVC Alumni, for graciously sharing his startup journey and prototype development experiences. His insights were invaluable. This afternoon, we are honoured to have Education Minister Chan Chun Sing, NUS President Tan Eng Chye, and NUS Board of Trustees trialing Sensori X-Robo , a contactless, continuous and simultaneous vital signs monitoring device. Minister Chan asked very relevant questions as to how each of the vitals are derived, in this field of predictive medicine, and how the various technologies and A. I. are applied. He went deep into the "how's" details of the technology. He is particularly keen on the contactless monitoring of the blood pressure monitoring. Forrest Li Xiaodong , Chairman and CEO Sea Limited (including Shopee) is seated next to him. We are thrilled by the display of Minister Chan enthusiasm and his curious questions regarding the technology. Our team is grateful for the many recommendations that he had made, especially to the various use cases for Sensori devices beyond hospitals and clinics. For the many professors, professionals and executives who have spent time with us and shared their insights with us, we felt humbled. Sensori will strive to work more diligently to achieve excellence in our solutions - Pioneering Science Advancing Care. We will always prioritizes medical value based on efficacy and safety, making it effortlessly accessible and very convenient for nursing homes, clinics, hospitals, or home care.
