On 24 January 2025, SAESL participated in the inaugural Gen Z Careers in Aviation Day. Organised by Women in Aviation Singapore Chapter, it aims to inspire youths and young adults aged 17 to 28 to explore careers in aviation.     A highlight of the event was the keynote address by Ms Poh Li San, Member of Parliament, whose journey in aviation demonstrated how passion can overcome barriers and create a significant impact. 🚀✈️   It was a privilege to meet so many bright students, especially young ladies, eager to contribute to Singapore's aviation future. 🌟   At SAESL, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of talents. We are thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of our new 26,000 sqm facility in Loyang! Our ceremony was graced by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade & Industry, Mr Gan Kim Yong, as the Guest-of-Honour. This new state-of-the-art facility is part of a S$242 million investment aimed at enhancing our capacity, capability, and productivity to meet the increasing global MRO demand. Integrated seamlessly with our existing operations, it will feature advanced supply chain solutions, including automated storage and RFID systems, serving as the 'nerve center' of our operations. At the ceremony, our CEO, Simon Middlebrough, remarked, "Our groundbreaking marks a significant milestone in our journey of expansion and innovation. We are delighted to share this moment with the Deputy Prime Minister, our partners, and colleagues. SAESL's commitment to operational excellence, technological innovation, and workforce empowerment continues to drive our vision of leading the global aerospace MRO industry."

🎉 We introduced a new twist on our classic showdown! We swapped out paintball for gel ball to eliminate the 'pain' factor while keeping all the fun and excitement intact.    Our Gel Ball Challenge wasn't just about combat skills; it demanded strategic thinking, effective communication, coordination, and teamwork to truly excel.    It was a friendly competition where everyone walked away as a winner.  🏆   #GelBallChallenge #OneTeam SAESL
