Produced by Crowe UK, in collaboration with Expatise Academy and our team at Santa Fe Relocation, this edition focuses on the increasing challenges faced by Global Mobility and HR professionals, highlighting the need for stronger strategic support and engagement. Our report reveals the rising pressure on Global Mobility teams, emphasising the gap between current practices and what’s needed for success. Key insights: (1) 88% of Global Mobility professionals report a rise in complexity over the past two years, driven by regulations, legal challenges, and duty-of-care needs. (2) 77% believe their organisations don’t fully understand these evolving requirements, leading to a knowledge gap that holds back growth. (2) 65% call for more direct access to C-suite decision-makers to align mobility initiatives with broader business goals. Explore the full findings and actionable insights: https://lnkd.in/enqzDFRi This report reflects insights from industry experts: John Rason from Santa Fe, Dino Jangra from Crowe UK, and Ernst Steltenpöhl of Expatise Academy. Their perspectives are key to understanding how Global Mobility can adapt and thrive in today’s complex environment. Thrive@Work — As Black History Month concludes, we reflect on the inspiring stories and achievements we’ve shared throughout October. This year’s theme, Reclaiming Narratives, has encouraged us to focus on the positive contributions of Black individuals globally, highlighting resilience, innovation, and success. This month, we’ve shared insightful content with our teams, including TED Talks like The Racial Politics of Time by Brittney Cooper, which explores the long-lasting effects of racial inequality. We’ve also highlighted global figures such as John Edmonstone, whose mentorship of Charles Darwin shaped scientific thinking, and Dr. Wangari Maathai, the Nobel Peace Prize-winning environmental activist. These stories have sparked meaningful discussions internally and reinforced our ongoing commitment to building an inclusive workplace where all voices are valued. Next week, we’ll be sharing recommendations on movies, books, and associations to follow, along with resources on how to educate children about Black history. At Santa Fe, diversity, equity and inclusion are essential to providing the best experiences for our colleagues, clients, customers and partners. By embracing different perspectives, we create an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute and succeed, ensuring we can offer innovative solutions and exceptional service globally. Thrive@Work — This October, in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we hosted an important webinar to raise awareness and share essential information. We were honoured to have Carole Peterson, a volunteer from Breast Cancer Now, and Samantha Kneebone, who courageously shared her personal journey with breast cancer. You can explore more at Breast Cancer Now: https://lnkd.in/giB49wy.
