As Operator is still in research preview, we will gather feedback with OpenAI to fine-tune its capabilities over time. The hands-on experience and user insights will also help inform Shopee’s approach to using AI to enhance shopping experiences. As AI technologies rapidly evolve, strategic partnerships with industry leaders like OpenAI help Sea to stay at the forefront of this new era. By embracing AI-driven innovation, Sea is committed to empowering communities in Southeast Asia, Brazil, and beyond – helping individuals and small businesses unlock their full potential in the digital economy.
