We are looking for machining process assistant engineer with the following job role responsibility. If you are interested, please submit your resume. Job Title : Machining Process Assistant Engineer MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES • Prepare product drawings using AutoCad & Solidworks • Update SAP part number and BOM creation • Work out machining procedures for sputtering target / evaporation materials products (PI, PWI) • In charge of machining process for all the product lines • Review regularly on improvement for machining process and quality • Drive cost reduction initiative for machining process COMPETENCIES / JOB SPECIFICATIONS • Knowledge of materials (Metals, alloys, ceramics, etc) • Understanding of machining process (cutting, milling, grinding, turning etc) • Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001/IATF16949 Standards QUALIFICATION : Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Electronic Engineering

Job Description – QA specialist(Technician) 1.  Performing routine inspections and prepare CoA & CoC for outgoing shipment 2.  Preparing and implementing one point standard with defect appearance photos. 3.  Preparing master limit sample and physical defect samples collection to display in dashboard /Kanban management. 4.  Assist packaging /warehouse department for documentation, quantity and quality data counting and transaction in SAP. 5.  Ensure documentation and physical product segregation and containment of non-conforming/reject material identified during the production process. 6.  Walks the shop floor to observe, train, and facilitate/support production. 7.  Documents and report trends of any quality production issues discovered during inspection. 8.  Support overtime and night shift team as and when is needed. 9.  Ensure proper housekeeping, safe workplace and 5S. Job Requirements 1. At least 2 years working experience in the sputtering target / chemical / semiconductor manufacturing environment. 2. Proficiency in written and communication skills in English and Chinese/Mandarin. 3. Ability to interpret within established inspection standard and procedures 4. Good team player, independent and self-motivated. 5. Normal eye-sight (without color blindness) with ability to use dimensional metrology tools for inspection and verification.
