Proceeds from the Placement of S$9.0 million will be deployed towards (i) the further development of the Cermat Aman Sdn Bhd mine located at Mengapur, Pahang which commenced production in July 2022; and (ii) prospecting expenditures for two prospecting licences in Sabah.
