    Our Vice President for Learning and Development, Andy Cranshaw, was honored to be a plenary panelist at the Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD) 49th National Convention held at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort, Clark Pampanga. He spoke on the topic, “Celebrating the Human Advantage: The Role of Talent Development in Building BRIGHTER Talent Capability.” Andy highlighted TDCX’s best practices in talent development, showcasing how our frameworks lay the groundwork for impactful talent development programs. As an active member of PSTD, TDCX is committed to elevating talent development in the industry by sharing our best practices and insights.
