If you've completed your probation, you're eligible to submit a request. Be sure to consider how this flexibility might impact your colleagues or clients, as collaboration remains key. If your company doesn't have a formal process, simply submit your request in writing, ensuring clear communication for everyone's benefit. Your employer should review and respond to your request within two months. United Against Domestic Violence 👨👩👧👦   We released our first Domestic Violence Trends Report today. Data from 2021 to 2023 has shown a decline in cases with high safety and risk concerns and an increase in cases with low to moderate safety and risk concerns. This suggests growing awareness and willingness to seek early intervention and support, which prevented cases from escalating in risk. Domestic violence is not always easy to detect as it often happens behind closed doors. It requires everyone to be vigilant to report suspected abuse. Thank you to our community partners and agencies for your tireless work in tackling the issue of domestic violence.  Every case of abuse is one too many.
