We are a pair of business students from Ngee Ann Poly running a food stall and our business concept is to recreate childhood nostalgia of yesteryears with snacks and drinks that are delightfully iconic and local. Our concept is to modernise the Singaporean ice cream sandwich to cater to the ever-changing palate of Singaporeans. We have come up with flavours such as salted speculoos and s’mores oreo to attract youths. We are committed to keeping our products affordable, interesting, sustainable and relatively healthy. Not only that, we are committed to source our ingredients from small local suppliers such a Chip Guan Heng- a small ice cream supplier located in Joo Chiat. This would ensure that our business supports other small local businesses.
