We launched new programmes at our recently concluded Better U Festival to help colleagues transition into new roles within the bank, and for graduates to gain skills in AI and data analytics. Under the Better U Pivot programme, up to 500 colleagues can switch to jobs in areas like risk and compliance or sales and customer experience. Additionally, our new AI and Data Analytics Centre of Excellence will accelerate the development of AI professionals and data experts for the finance sector.

We are happy to share that we were presented the Pinnacle Award, the highest accolade at the Community Chest Awards 2024, along with the Charity Platinum Award and Volunteer Partner Award. This award recognises our outstanding efforts of holistic caring for the community, which involves fostering workplace inclusivity and empowering local communities.
