Vital Thin Film Materials (VTFM) focuses on research, development, production, sales and recycling of sputter targets and evaporation materials for physical vapor deposition. VTFM’s unrivaled production portfolio of PVD materials include high-purity metals, complex metal alloys, precious metals and ceramics for Display, Photovoltaic, Semiconductor, Optics, LED, Data Storage and Glass applications. Dependent on material, various geometries offered include: ingot, shot, powder, granulate, tablet, disc and target (planar & rotary). VTFM takes pride in ensuring product quality, performance and on-time delivery by controlling each step of the manufacturing process in-house, from starting raw materials to the finished product. As part of a Net-Zero Waste initiate, VTFM offers additional customer value through sputter target ‘leasing’ programs and closed-loop recycling services of production waste and spent materials.
