I'm deeply moved by the impact Warmspace had on the Kind Kones team during their two-day offsite in Batam. We had the opportunity to collaborate with Delphine Supanya Berger to facilitate relationship-building sessions for one of my favorite ice cream brands in Singapore 🍦 Using our app, team members were matched into intimate groups, guided through meaningful prompts, engaging interactions and appreciation exercises. The results were profound: - Everyone, including the kitchen staff opened up about their challenges and emotions, with many shedding tears. - There was a lot of shared joy, laughter and warmth as team members got to know each other on a much deeper level, fostering trust and alignment - One member of upper management, who had struggled to connect with the team felt truly appreciated, describing how the tension of the past two years finally melted away. A heartfelt thank you to Delphine for her masterful facilitation and Kind Kones for trusting us in helping them become a more people-centric organization! #teambonding #peoplecentric #humanconnection #peoplefirst #trust

Excited to share our latest Warmspace case study with Google 🚀 We recently partnered with a team at Google to enhance their team bonding experience during an offsite event in Vietnam with 40 participants. We spent some time coordinating with the team and training them on how to run a Warmspace session. After which, the Google team successfully conducted the session autonomously during the event, showcasing Warmspace's effectiveness in facilitating impactful team development without the need for an external mediation. The team at Google reported feeling connected, appreciative, energized, with everyone praising the flow of the session 🙌 Discover more about our team offsite offerings: https://lnkd.in/eTVdfbYM Read the full case study with Google: https://lnkd.in/eJrhmGyx #teamoffsite #teamconnection #teamculture #teambonding

  • As people managing people, we encounter all kinds of personality types and human issues. 🧍 Sometimes, for a multitude of reasons, people can start causing trouble in their teams - gossip, conflict, not doing their job, etc. When these things happen, it can be easy to assume what’s going on for them based on past experiences. It can also be really difficult to handle a difficult person without causing conflict. 💥 In this week’s blog, we’re talking about how to approach such situations empathetically, starting by clearing out any assumptions you may have in order to get to the real cause of the situation. #leadership #leadershipadvice #toxic #conflictresolution

  • Have you noticed a trend of employees slowly becoming disengaged and no longer going above and beyond in their jobs? 😴 It’s not all that uncommon, since the average organization doesn’t put enough importance on their work culture. 📌 In this week’s blog, we’re looking at a pattern that we’ve seen repeat itself time and time again, led by an absent work culture, and how you can start fixing it. 🛠️ #workplaceculture #culture #leadership #management #employeeengagement

  • Giving feedback can feel like defusing a bomb. 💣 No matter the good intention behind it, it can feel very disheartening and demotivating. We can often find it triggering because it feels like a one-way street. What if we change that process and turn it into a conversation? 📌 Instead of focusing on telling, we focus on sharing and understanding. Start by expressing the intention to give feedback that comes from a place of care. Then share how their specific action made you feel, and pause. Let them share how they feel hearing this and clarify their side of the story. Instead of saying, “You're not contributing enough!” try “I’d like to work better with you but I’ve noticed feeling upset about not seeing your input lately. I’m curious what’s been happening?” Can you feel the difference? The first one is an attack 💥 the second is an invitation to care and understanding. 🧡 And here’s the real game-changer: once we truly understand each other, we might find we don't even need to spell out what needs to change. At Warmspace, we’ve developed a new feedback flow that employs these principles, anchored in empathy and understanding. You will be guided every step of the conversation with sentence stems and prompts that help you navigate the feedback process, ultimately leading to deeper connections. 🔗 Our team experienced it firsthand during our offsite in January. We paired up, and used Warmspace to give each other feedback and every one of us came out of it stronger. We felt equipped to have honest conversations while feeling closer ever than before. 🤗 Interested in transforming how you give feedback? • 🔘 Why are we here? 🔘 What do we need? 🔘 Where are we now? 3 incredibly powerful questions. 💥🔋 These are just 3 of many questions that we, along with Beyond Leadership, brought to DPD Switzerland through the power of Warmspace and the Ignite Protocol. 🔥 The energy shift was palpable as we saw people get matched with their partners. They excitedly looked across the room to find them before finding a spot to start their session together. 🌱 Joy, appreciation, and love are some of the words used to describe the after-effect. Hugs and tears were the result of deep, meaningful connection and sharing. 🔗🧡 It is always heartwarming to see the result of our Warmspace sessions. ❤️🔥 If you’d like to see what Warmspace can do for your team, reach out to us by commenting below 🗨️ #team #teamwork #teambuilding #dpd #management #hr #leadership #communication #peoplefirst
