⏰ Top 3 Time Management Tips by Brian Tracy ⏰ Struggling with time management? Here are Brian Tracy's top tips to help you take control of your day and boost your productivity: Set Clear Priorities - Identify Your Most Important Tasks (MITs): Focus on high-value activities that contribute the most to your goals. Use the 80/20 Rule: 20% of your tasks will produce 80% of your results. Concentrate on those vital few. Plan Your Day in Advance - Create a To-Do List: Write down everything you need to accomplish the night before. This helps you start your day with a clear focus. Schedule Your Tasks: Allocate specific time blocks for each task, and stick to your plan as closely as possible. Practice the ABCDE Method - Prioritize Tasks by Impact: Label each task from A to E, where A tasks are the most important and E tasks are the least. Work on 'A' Tasks First: Always tackle the highest priority tasks first, even if they are the hardest or most time-consuming. Master these techniques and transform your productivity. Time is your most valuable resource—use it wisely! ⏳💼 #TimeManagement #BrianTracy #ProductivityTips #Success #Prioritization #Planning

Most people work well to deadlines. Having a clear moment of completion can help build momentum to achieve it. You also get that nice dopamine hit every time you tick something off when you have don’t it. If you do not have any time-sensitive tasks, you will keep pushing things back as there is no need to complete them. Create a sense of urgency by putting deadlines on tasks. Even if you have an overall task, such as completing a presentation for a client in two weeks, it will be beneficial to break it down into smaller tasks and give yourself a deadline. In this example, you could say slides 1-5 are to be completed in 2 days and then check in with the Manager on day 3 etc. Creating mini, achievable deadlines along the way to help you focus and maintain momentum. If helpful, check in with someone as you complete the deadlines to create accountability and further heighten the sense of urgency. #deadlines #productivity #timemanagement #coaching

Professor Peter Hawkins developed the 5 disciplines, or more commonly known as the ‘5 Cs’ of a highly effective team, which is a great framework to focus on. The 5 C’s are in the following: - Clarifying -> the clear collective purpose of the team - Commissioning -> team objectives are aligned with the needs of all their stakeholders - Co-Creating -> team members recognise that their objectives can only be achieved by effective collaboration - Connecting -> trust and relationships within the team - Core Learning -> adapt and learn By embracing these aspects, organizations can unleash the team’s full and achieve outstanding outcomes. #EffectiveTeams #Collaboration #Coaching #5Disciplines

Edelman's 'Trust Barometer' survey of 33,000 employees across 28 countries reveals a concerning trend - trust in leadership weakens with higher positions. 64% of executives, 51% of managers and 48% of other staff trust their organisations. In other words, employees have confidence in their peers more than the CEOs and upper-level executives. The higher up you go, the more critical it is for you to build trust with those that you supervise. #Foodforthought #TrustBarometer #Leadership #Statistics #Coaching

In any team, trust is the cornerstone of success. Trust matters to bring about enhanced collaboration, increased productivity and boosts morale. Here are 3 ways to build trust in teams: 1. Open Communication: Be Transparent: Share information openly and regularly. Keep your team informed about changes, decisions, and goals. Active Listening: Show genuine interest in team members' opinions and concerns. This builds respect and mutual understanding. 2. Consistency and Reliability: Follow Through on Promises: If you commit to something, ensure you deliver. Consistency in actions builds trust over time. Be Punctual and Dependable: Meeting deadlines and being reliable in your responsibilities demonstrates reliability. 3. Empathy and Support: Show Appreciation: Recognize and celebrate team members' contributions and achievements. Offer Help and Support: Be there for your teammates during challenging times, showing that you value their well-being. Building trust is a continuous effort, but the payoff is a cohesive, high-performing team that thrives on mutual respect and collaboration. #TeamSuccess #TrustInTeams #Collaboration #Productivity #Leadership
