🎉 We have just concluded our biggest investor event yet! More than 40 people from the world of finance and real estate attended to watch a detailed presentation on the CEE commercial real estate market, delivered by Radek Hladký, Roman Latuske, and Ondřej Sychrovský, all set against the stunning backdrop of Marina Bay Sands 🌇. Her Excellency, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic 🇨🇿 to Singapore, Michaela Froňková, and the CEO of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA), Sigrid Zialcita, delivered the opening addresses. To give our guests not only a deeper insight into the CEE real estate market and ZDR Investments but also a taste of Czech culture, we included a display of contemporary Czech glass art 💎, with commentary from the artists themselves, and a Moravian wine 🍷 tasting. Over the last 12 months (ending on June 30th), our real estate investment fund delivered a return of 9.01% in its EUR 🇪🇺 class and 8.79% in the CZK 🇨🇿 class. The average return since inception stands at an impressive 10.69% p.a. It has been a busy half-year for the ZDR Master Fund. We kicked off January with the acquisition of a retail park in Prague 🇨🇿. In April, we added three retail parks in northern Slovenia 🇸🇮, marking our entry into our sixth country. And in June, we added another retail store in Czechia 🇨🇿.
