Earlier this month, we partnered with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), LogiSYM and SAAA@Singapore to organise the SAAA-LogiSYM Supply Chain Day 2024. With increased disruptions in supply chains in recent years, the event provided an opportunity for industry leaders and professionals to explore new and better ways to organise supply chains. Guest of Honour Senior Minister of State, PMO and Deputy Secretary General, National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) Desmond Tan gave an opening speech emphasising the significance of innovation and better resource management to create more efficient, sustainable supply chains, while commending Zuellig Pharma on our commitment and efforts in driving this agenda in our sector. Decarbonising the logistics and transport sector is not only vital for environmental sustainability but also crucial for the economic health of countries and organisations. On behalf of Zuellig Pharma, Vice President of Corporate Affairs Jean-Gaetan Guillemaud led a panel session featuring leaders from GSK, Enterprise Singapore, IDC Asia/Pacific and SAAA@Singapore, as they discussed the importance of industry-government partnerships to decarbonise the logistics and transport sector. A key highlight was the Zuellig Pharma Supplier Sustainability Awards, where we recognised and celebrated suppliers who are committed to sustainable and responsible practices. In an industry where 80% of carbon emissions originate from the supply chain, supplier engagement is critical to drive sustainable outcomes. We were pleased to announce the winner and runner-up, Aeris Dynamics Pte. Ltd. and Multifiling Mitra Indonesia (Iron Mountain) respectively, after evaluating over 40 shortlisted suppliers based on extensive criteria such as environmental impact, corporate social responsibility, and ethical sourcing. Congratulations to all suppliers who made it to the Top 5, including Sri Pushpam Recycling Sdn. Bhd., Metrologie Concepts Solutions, and Yuan Ting Technology—thank you for your dedication to driving sustainability in our supply chain. Through partnerships with key stakeholders such as suppliers and government bodies, Zuellig Pharma is committed to bringing about meaningful change in the supply chain industry for a more sustainable future.   #SustainabilityAtZP #SupplyChain #Sustainability #ESG #SustainableProcurement

We are excited to announce that Zuellig Pharma has achieved another milestone in the 2024 EcoVadis assessment, earning our fourth consecutive Platinum medal with a score of 90 out of 100. This achievement places us among the top 60 companies worldwide, out of 130,000 respondents, and the first organisation in Asia Pacific to reach this level.   With our strong performance in the CDP and a 38% reduction in carbon emissions in 2023, our 8-point improvement in our EcoVadis assessment from last year further solidifies our commitment to sustainability.   Key initiatives, such as our "Worker Voice" social audit programme, supplier engagement efforts, and HSSE-related certifications, have been instrumental in achieving this score. This accomplishment is a testament to the commitment and hard work of our teams across the organisation, and we remain steadfast in driving continued progress on our sustainability journey.   Together, we hope to pave the way for a more sustainable future in healthcare.   #Sustainability #ESG #SustainabilityatZP #BuildingAHealthierFutureForAsia
