KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance.
  • Align HR strategies with business goals to drive performance and growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all HR matters, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.


Change Management & Transformation:

  • Lead and support organizational transformation initiatives, including M&A activities and change management projects.
  • Develop and implement change management plans that minimize resistance and foster a positive transition for all employees.


Cultural Adaptation & Employee Engagement:

  • Quickly adapt to and influence different cultural environments within the organization.
  • Foster a positive work culture by developing and implementing employee engagement programs that enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring alignment of corporate culture across different regions.


Employee Relations:

  • Manage conflict resolution processes and provide mediation as necessary.
  • Support employees through coaching and counseling, promoting a culture of open communication and trust.


HR Operations:

  • Oversee HR operations, including performance management, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency in HR practices and policies across all regions.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:


Industry Experience:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced industry, such as fintech, technology, e-commerce, or internet sectors.


Transformation Expertise:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing organizational transformations, M&A activities, and change management initiatives.


Cultural Adaptability:

  • Strong ability to adapt to different cultural environments and to manage and engage with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record in fostering strong employee relationships and driving cultural engagement.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
