Last week BTS Japan had the pleasure of welcoming more than 40 senior leaders and executives to the Peninsula Hotel in Tokyo for our last client conference of 2024. We are thrilled to have participated in The Economic Times Future Forward Indonesia conference held on Aug 13 in Jakarta. This event brought together over 100 industry leaders and HR professionals to tackle the theme, “The Great Connect: Creating Connected Workplace.” BTS had the honor in participating in a dynamic panel discussion sharing insights on “Strategies for Attracting & Retaining Top Talent” as well as an exclusive roundtable with HR leaders. Some of the key highlights from the roundtable include: 1. Encouraging Risk-Taking: Traditional organisations are often risk-averse, building silos that hinder cultural change. There’s a need to create an environment that encourages risk-taking 2. Changing Mindsets: Fostering a culture that allows for mistakes is essential to change mindsets within organisations. 3. Psychological Safety: Creating an environment of psychological safety is crucial to promote experimentation and innovation. 4. Growth Mindset: Leaders should encourage a growth mindset by supporting risk-taking, experimentation, and continuous improvement. 5. Dexterity in Mindset: Developing dexterity in terms of mindset is vital to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment. 6.
