    Thank you, ExploreTECH, for sharing the insights. Technology varies based on the needs of guests and how operations work. Often, the most user-friendly solutions are not the most obvious ones. Goal must be, time saved by technology needs to be invested back in the guest services. When hotel becomes more guest centric, it increases profitability. This profitability can be reinvested into innovation and hiring more staff for guest services.     𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀 - We are thrilled to announce the integration between INTEREL and MessageBox   MessageBox is joining the list of housekeeping automation partners to dynamically re-order the housekeeping queue based on the correlation of several data points from the room: • Real-time occupancy by the guest (Is the guest currently in the room or not?) • Time of Make Up Room request (How long has the request been active?) • Do Not Disturb status   The outcomes for our customers? Housekeeping spends virtually no time pushing the cart through the corridors and knocking on doors, just to find out that guests are in the rooms. Rooms of guests that actively requested service get cleaned faster, resulting in a better guest experience.   What's next? Stay tuned because we're working on adding location awareness to this integration category, so that staff location can be included in the optimization algorithms, to achieve the next level of operational efficiency and service delivery. How do we achieve all of this? By combining: • A vertically integrated tech stack. • A cloud edge hardware that constantly gets better with over-the-air updates. • A powerful API for integration partners across industries. • Our deep understanding of hospitality and the processes within a hotel.   This integration is a great example of how INTEREL's solutions are more than just a smart thermostat that saves energy.
