Thank you, ExploreTECH, for sharing the insights. Technology varies based on the needs of guests and how operations work. Often, the most user-friendly solutions are not the most obvious ones. Goal must be, time saved by technology needs to be invested back in the guest services. When hotel becomes more guest centric, it increases profitability.
